How to Play StarBlast

Your goal in StarBlast is to destroy asteroids and enemies to collect crystals. These crystals can then be used to enhance your ship, purchase new ones, or buy additional lives for your existing ships.

Choose Your Game Mode

StarBlast offers four exciting game modes: Team Mode, Survival Mode, Invasion, and Pro Deathmatch. Team Mode is a great starting point for beginners, as you'll have the support of teammates. You can choose from three main factions:

• Orion Arm Guild

Mine Crystals

Crystals are vital to your progress in StarBlast. You'll gather them by mining asteroids or defeating enemy ships. Shoot asteroids until they explode and collect the crystals. Be sure to target rocks that match your ship's capabilities!

Upgrade Your Ship

Use the crystals you've gathered to purchase upgrades for your ship. You can also exchange them for credits to buy new weapons at your team's base. There are seven ship tiers and multiple enhancements available to improve your ship's performance, such as increased cargo capacity.

The upgrade menu at the bottom of the screen allows you to instantly apply your gems to enhance the following attributes, listed from left to right:

• Shield Capacity
• Shield Regeneration
• Energy Capacity
• Energy Regeneration
• Laser Damage
• Weapon Speed
• Ship Speed
• Ship Agility

Battle Other Players

Engaging in combat is one of the most thrilling aspects of StarBlast. If you're in a small ship, use your speed to avoid combat while you mine resources. Once you're stronger, take on enemy ships. Be sure to stock up on extra weapons and maximize your attack and defense upgrades!
