How to Play Age of War

At the start of Age of War, you\'ll find yourself in the primitive era, with cavemen armed with clubs and rudimentary catapults. As you progress through the ages, you\'ll unlock increasingly advanced units and weapons—from prehistoric cavemen riding dinosaurs to futuristic hover tanks in the final stages.

Your goal is to create enough units and defenses to hold off enemy attacks while building a powerful enough force to strike their base. Defensive turrets and additional weaponry spots can be used to protect your headquarters.

The game also gives you access to special attacks, such as artillery bombardments and gods unleashing meteors. These attacks are best used when you’re overwhelmed by large numbers of enemy units closing in on you.

Five Evolutionary Ages

Age of War features five distinct ages of evolution. You advance to the next age by earning experience points (XP) from eliminating enemy troops. The five ages include:

Stone Age
Castle Age
Renaissance Age
Modern Age
Future Age

The Legacy of Age of War
