Square Bird is an exciting 2D side-scrolling platform game where you control a bird that builds a tower of square eggs to protect itself from obstacles. The more you play, the more addictive it becomes!
The gameplay is straightforward: click to create square eggs. These eggs stack up and form a tower that helps your bird avoid incoming dangers. As you progress through the game, you’ll need to carefully judge how many eggs to stack to clear the obstacles. If you create the perfect number of eggs, you’ll achieve a “perfect” landing.
As you advance, completing levels rewards you with currency, which can be used to unlock new skins for your bird and even new levels to explore!
Fever mode is triggered after achieving three perfect landings in a row.
What is fever mode? When activated, fever mode enables your bird to shoot blocks ahead, clearing the path of obstacles. This makes it much easier to progress through the level. However, watch out for larger drops and obstacles that can’t be destroyed by the blocks. Aim to trigger fever mode frequently for bigger scores.
Obstacle-avoiding games have been popular for years, spanning from the classic retro era to modern-day gaming. Here are some other fun games that offer similar thrills:
