How to Play Designville: Merge & Design

Your goal in Designville is to renovate an old, dilapidated home. Renovations are carried out by merging different items, decorating spaces, and revamping gardens. After a brief introduction to the characters, you’ll be presented with a grid filled with various objects. Many of these objects are cardboard boxes, remnants of the renovation process.

The grid primarily consists of boxes, but it also contains random household items such as coffee cups, pizza slices, rubber gloves, and more. These items are often covered in dust and cobwebs, and some can only be accessed at later levels of the game.

To start merging, focus on one key object: a yellow bag filled with corkboard push pins. Click on this yellow bag to distribute push pins across the empty board tiles. This is where you begin merging. By merging two push pins, you’ll create a new object—a eraser. As you continue merging, you’ll free up more space on the board, so keep merging to unlock new items!

• 2 erasers = 1 Post-it note
• 2 Post-it notes = 1 ruler
