How to Play Soccer Random

The gameplay is straightforward and doesn’t require strategy. The goal is simple: out-click your opponent until you score a goal.

To control your players, use the up arrow or left-click to jump and kick. Each team has two players, and both move simultaneously. Every click affects both characters, but sometimes it won’t go as planned. You can also hold the kick action to keep your player in mid-air, which may be useful when aiming randomly or when doing nothing might actually help you score. Surprisingly, standing still might even lead to a winning goal at times.

Each time you score a goal in Soccer Random, the game transports you to a new environment with different characters. To win, your team needs to reach 5 goals before the other team.

You can enjoy Soccer Random solo or with a friend. The two-player mode adds more excitement to the game, so feel free to try both modes to see which one you prefer.

What’s Random about Soccer Random?

The game\'s concept is simple: score goals. However, almost everything else in the game is random. The background changes frequently, ranging from beaches and cityscapes to snowy fields, and even different times of the day. Uniforms can vary, with players sometimes wearing white, blue, or red—other times, they may be in swimsuits or even just their underwear. The ball also changes shape, going from a standard soccer ball to an American football, tennis ball, or beach ball. The players themselves vary too, making every match unpredictable.

Tips

Although the controls are basic, it’s important to stay reactive since the ball can easily drift above or below your players’ heads. Keep track of both your players—one on offense and one as the goalkeeper. Since both players move with a single click, their movements won’t always sync, so consider which character’s actions are most important depending on your opponent’s strategy.
